I have used these languages to develop some tools and libraries for the most exacting to productivity problems (computational algorithms, parsing, etc) mostly for academic environment.

   

Direct Show Video Filter – the COM objects which extracts the moving objects from still background. It uses linear filters to suppress noise and colour metrics to extract moving objects.

   

I have developed two other direct show filters to transfer (send and receive) live video over IP networks. I’ve used these objects to build GUI ActiveX component that enables to capture video stream from Web Camera and transfer it over networks for organization video chat.

   

Also, I've ported the SAD system (http://ea.unicyb.kiev.ua) from Linux to Windows platform.

  The core modules of the system are developed using C and Haskell programming languages.
